Warman is two hundred and fifty kilometres up Highway 11 from our yard, a fast-growing community in central Saskatchewan and one of the fastest-growing in Canada. The population has roughly doubled over the past fifteen years and continues to expand outward with new residential subdivisions, commercial development, and infrastructure to match. Covenant has been working in Warman steadily through this growth, paving for new homeowners, growing businesses, and the town itself.

Most of our Warman work is residential driveways in the new subdivisions on the south, west, and north edges of the town. Areas like Diamond Bay, Trails of Northridge, Brennan Estates, Stone Pointe and the newer developments adding hundreds of homes per year give us steady residential work as families move in and need their driveways built or finished after the builder lifts. We hand-finish the edges and grade for drainage so the drive actually lasts through Saskatchewan winters.

Commercial paving has grown right alongside the residential side of Warman. The Centennial Drive commercial strip, the Highway 11 corridor, and the newer big-box and small-format retail developments in town are all areas where we have done lot work, sealcoat cycles and overlay projects. As Warman expands, the commercial properties supporting the new residents need ongoing pavement attention, and we are part of that maintenance cycle for many of them.

Outside Warman proper we also cover the surrounding Rural Municipality of Corman Park, the acreages, and the neighbouring communities in the immediate area. The geographic concentration of paving demand in this fast-growing corner of central Saskatchewan keeps mobilization efficient and the cost predictable, and it means our crews are nearby most weeks of the season.

Warman residential clients have a unique consideration to keep in mind. Much of the new development is built on engineered fill that compacts beautifully and gives long-lasting pavement when topped correctly. But a few of the older areas of town sit on heavier clay that needs more careful base preparation. We walk every Warman site before we quote so the build is matched to the ground we are actually working with, not a generic assumption that will fail somewhere in the middle of the lot.
